Additional Rate Details and Rental Terms
Cleaning fees of $100 - $300 for stays of less than one week may be added to the rental price. Taxes are 10.675%. Please submit an inquiry from this website for specific dates. We will respond to your email with exact pricing and with answers to any questions. Once you have finalized your dates and would like to make a reservation we will send a rental agreement. A reservation deposit equal to 2 nights rental is payable by credit card upon signing the agreement. As soon as we receive your deposit, we will provide a link to a document with detailed information about the house as well as information about the area including where to buy lift tickets, rent ski equipment, and other useful information about the area.

The balance is due by check within sixty days of arrival. Upon receipt of your final payment we provide driving directions to the house. 5 days before your arrival we will send information on how to get keys to access the house. We have a local property manager who can answer question and resolve any problems that may arise during your stay.
